I instaled esf and I have made a srv with cmd experimental (with dragoon balls) and the dragoon balls doesn't apear whi ???

depends on the map really.
Have you tried the river side map?

dragonballs are an experimental mode, currently there are no maps except riverside that have dragonballs, tho sometimes the dragonballs on riverside appear under the map, you could try to search for a map that supports dragonballs on www.esf-world.com
