Animated Auras

I don't know about anyone else but something I think would bring more life and originality to the game would be animated auras in the upcoming beta. After playing ESF for some time now the auras just don't seem as exciting as they could be. Is it possible to edit the sprites so that they roll upwards as it does in the series? This would bring a whole new edge to the game and give it a more active feel.

sounds like a good idea to me, i was thinking the same thing, it just makes them seem not so life like without the aura moving

yeah, i've been flamed about a bajillion times with posting this idea, hope you don't receive the same treatment

there will eb animated aura's in the next release. either the next one or the one after. i think its in the next version though, seen the pictures of it, and seen the video of it, released a couple months back.

Yeah, that was an unoffical aura. I'm sure if it was easy to make a good looking animated aura, the team would have done it already. Maybe the auras they've come up with so far get in the way of your vision too much. but they'll get on it one day (like, when HL2 is released or something :p )

well i didnt say that they were final or anything, i just remember hearing somebody saying something about rotating auras. but you never know, things change.

Thats actually a pretty awesome idea. The current aura's look pretty bland, and at the mo, the only way 2 make it luk better is to dl the SSJ2 Aura, with lightning effect

is it just me or do u feel like your in a glass aura when you use turbo/melee? lol an animated one is gonna be promising ^_^ :yes:

That wasn't an unnoficial aura. That was the one that pcjoe (if i remember correctly) was working on. This might be seen in 1.2 or 1.3...
