You get a feature list of AMX on that page and you should be able to understand what AMX is/does there. And as for installing bit, the readme file that comes with the download should provide you with a sufficient enough procedure on how to install this.

Orca you can do more than simply post one link and make the person look around in that for the amx link. People who use the Help forums, are often not familiar with how things work on these boards, and need to be guided properly.
