I went out and bought the first two Dragonball Gt movies and it doesnt seem to be slow like I have heard about the beginning of japanese GT and it seems like they caught a lot of **** out. Anyways I was wondering, did they caught a lot of stuff out of the American Dragonball Gt movies?

yeah because it shows them just meeting giru and then later they are complaining because they trusted giru and it seems like they only knew each other for 5 minutes... makes no sense. I was lost and baby is already in the second tape so i was really confused.

It's not a GT movie its the first episodes of GT on tape in english.

ah sry thx for pointing it out. :yes: Anyway well i got it from some "special" place and it had the subtitles and it didnt bother me none. I thought it was better than any other series. Due to the fact stupid americans :fight: :smile: had to edit all the cool parts out..but ya know the lil kiddies. Bah should be like tv14 or something like that where it wont scare the lil ones. :devgrin:

funimation likes to aim at the smaller less intelligent crowd because its always buy buy buy for them. Not a bad marketing strategy but the older crowd kind of gets screwed but you can buy the uncut dvds but they are twice as much as tapes

Yeah man everything for those lil kids they should do one for the lil kids and one for adult swim now that would totally kick ass!!!! I mean you can have the GT for the lil kids on Cartoon Network and on Adult Swim you can have the real GT thing but in english with bad words.But no it doesn't even go true there heads.I think there just worry sometimes kids stay up to late and might watch it on ADULT SWIM but still! ^_^ That's my point of view.

I agree with the Adult Swim idea. They really ruined adult swim though because they took it from being outcast cartoons like home movies, mission hilll, etc. and turned it into Futurama and Family Guy and those crappy anime cartoons. I cant stand those ones because they show some stupid detective one and its just worthless. They used to show Dragonball Z at night and they used the advertising slogan; "Stay up late and watch Dragonball Z because sleep is for the weak." I used to like to watch it at night even though it was way behind the other ones but now its all screwed. Funimation is kind of cool though because they brought DBZ to america and I like the voice acting in the american one better than the others.

Well the american voices are cool but still Funimation made it for the damn lil kids!! >_< Why not an adult swim it's action man!!! DBZ is extreme action fighting!!! there moms don't want children to see fighting cartoons.Anyway is a mistake to put DBZ for those lil kids I seen on the news sometimes that some kid kill his brother for acting like he was Goku....So that's a bad example!!! So they should put DBZ/GT in english with the cursed words and no cut scenes for ADULT SWIM!!!.

BTW Family Guy rulez dude....Specially Stewie ^_^

There job on gt is sickening at best. They not only cut out like 20 episodes but they put a theme song in that feels like a rail road spike being driven through your head.

yeah the intro is super ***. I thought I was going to barf on myself and pass out from the pain and then choke on my own vomite it was just that horrible. It like crappy rap mixed with crappy rock with a hint of poop. Fast forward past that part

gonna suck? I've seen it, it sux. But it's not the fault of any voice company. The setup is totally outrageous, the art is half-assed, the plot's up and down and it's basically a poor production. The only thing that keeps me watching it is the hope of Gohan fighting Buu again (I know it happens! It must! I saw it in a music video! BUT WHEN!!!!)

Gohan never fights Buu in GT btw buu isn't even in gt well I think he is but he fuses with ub so he transforms into UBUU.But there's no way Gohan fought buu on GT.
