What do you think? Is the "All your base are belong to us" still funny or not? It was on the IRC chat last night . Somebody said it wasn't funny anymore, but I think it still is.

the "All Your Base" fad is DEAD...died off a long time ago.
Ya, it was kind of amusing LAST YEAR....
but..it's gone now.

The phrase originated from a mediocre space shooter called Zero Wing
they brought it over here...and did a horrid job of translating the opening sequence.
What started out as a simple inside joke became an internet phenomenon...
It had spread everywhere..it was even becoming mainstream..non-gamers were using it.
It was even used in the comic strop Foxtrot.

Finally..
It died.
