Those are Majin Buus "forms". Although there's more if you count all the changes that he goes through when he absorbs someone.

yah i just finish GT and it kinda sucked but they wished to reincanate buu into something good or something to that extent and he trains with goku hes almost even with goku not SSJ

Yeah. Im in Canada, too, and I think we stopped at the episode before Vegeta starts to fight Buu, the episode where he knocks Goku out while Goku gets Senzu beans out.
