Absinthe in the USA?

After reading this article, absinthe may get legal status in the United states, it being the only substance that has been made illegal, then later legal. However it seems the ingredient "thujone" will be heavily regulated and/or reduced.

Here is my question to you European drinkers, if you have any experience with teh drink: what is the effect of thujone?

and overall, tell me if the drink is worth drinking, I've been wanting to try some for a while, heh.

Do yourself a favor and try some pot tea.

No I'm not kidding, takes more time to kick in than normal marijuana but it lasts longer and generally it's more intense.

+ as far as I know there's no long-term consequences. And you can get some of those with marijuana, very low chance though.

That's what 'they' tell you so you don't try that stuff.

Except people have killed themselves on acid for various reasons. A widow tried to sue the CIA because they had tested LSD on some of their workers, and her husband ended up killing himself because of it.

That said, LSD is safe as long as you're not an ******* or a schizo waiting to happen.

Does your family have a history of the latter? If so, your chances increase exponentially. Otherwise, it's pretty much a hit or miss kind of thing. If you're fine after the first hit, you're probably good to go every time thereafter.

And it's the stupid users who give people like me a bad name, if you're going to rape any substance, be safe about it, don't drive, don't go messing with people publically for kicks (in america anyways, since people are more than happy to call the cops on you.) and if you do any psychoactives, do it with friends to prevent a bad ride.

I had some over NYE, I had it with water and sugar (one way you're supposed to drink it) And it was horrible. I will stick to jager.
