i have decided to start modding and skin thx to the teams pics i seen



but to do so i need some links for some of the supplys needed to do so....i have big plans to do with tis game even though i won't b able to make gt or movie nodels to realese but im okay with that

so can some1 start my new path by giving me some links to get it starting thx a ton ;D

You seriously need to look around a bit more. There is an entire section named Models / Skins.
