A lill help with Elder Scrolls Tribunal.

I just installed the tribunal expansion for elder scrolls morrowind, i can see some changes, but i am also supposed to be able to go to the tribunal city, i can't see it on the map, and i don't know how to get there, i tried all the boats and the mages guild transportation. Is there someone who can help me out ?

You have to speak with the appropriate people

After a couple of assasin attacks it will tell you to talk to a guard
He will then tell you to talk to some guy in Ebonheart (Name and rough location given)
He will then tell you to talk to a mage in Ebonheart that will transport you there (Name and Location given)

Your now in Mournhold. The city that's elsewhere and has no world map

Yes, Dev covered just about everything. Go to sleep (in-game) after installing Tribunal. You should, upon awakening, be "Awakened by a loud noise". This will be the aforementioned assassin.

The rest Dev covered. It costs nothing to get to Mournhold, but make sure you're amply prepared, there are some tougher quests there.
