well i wasn't exactly demanding repect with a knide

i was doing the job according to what ibelived was fair and unfair and such

as you may have seen theres alot of arguing and spam there

in fairness, you shouldnt even have a disciplinary system until the forum reaches a size where its nececary... if you lock down a forum during its young days, itll die pretty fast...

Yeah, I agree with this. And as for the moderation team handing out warnings like candy, I'd have a few words with them.

To be completely honest, I'd wipe everyone's slate clean and just have a small moderation team to just close topics that get way too flamey and not hand out warnings or bans unless a user is very very very problematic. It doesn't hurt to have some spam in smaller message boards since it doesn't eat up the bandwidth like spam does on larger message boards.
