I initially scoffed at the item pack, until I got the warrior one and noticed the epic that is the Blade of the Archon. Holy hell that sword kicks ass through Act 1.

Besides the FemShep sucking once again. Seriously, her voice actor could not sound more "Christ, can we get this nerd **** over with?"
She sounds flat and not into it at all. Her lines are also incredibly cheesy one liners. I don't know. When MaleShep said "let's fight...for the lost" ect, I got chills.
MaleShep's tone is perfect, as he acts like a Military commander. You know, calm, cool, collected. He's not the 80's / 90's image of a Commander. He's a true Commander, which is what makes him good. Hope my saves still work fine with ME3. I loved Mass Effect 2, could not get enough.
I tried to play Mass Effect 1 recently; haven't played it since like mid 2008...
I can't get into it - I don't know. Mass Effect 2 just made the first one seem like a joke. Trailer is awesome though.
I really hope this finishes the whole Reaper storyline, and the next game set in this Universe will be based off the other interesting stuff, like helping Tali's people reclaim their world. I just don't want them to drag this out. I know they said it's a Trilogy, but they also said they have plans for many more Mass Effect games...but I want this to be the -end- of the Reapers story...and Commander Shepard.

I haven't really considered playing a female character, so it's not a big deal for me. But if Mkilbride wants to do some virtual crossdressing, who am I to judge? Plus, I think he gets off on whining, so it's win-win in his case.

Demo was great. I really prefer the combat system in Mass Effect 1 because it made it feel more like an RPG to me, but the system they're using in 2 and 3 is still really good. Can't wait until this game comes out.

Yeah, stay away from Bioware's Social Netowrk, one spoler bomb after another, and I'm already pretty spoiled having read most of the script. I'm also freindly with more than one of the developers, been playing with one of the level designers on the Demo.
