3d studio max Help

Please Help me I just got 3dstudio max and I Installed it. But It won't run. It just shows the following error

If you can't see the pic the error says :
A License Error has occured. Please Restart your system to initialize
the license management system. If this problem continues, contact your
system admin

ERROR[7.1.29].
