2 on 1 is fun

hardest battle i had is 4 vs me. want to know why...




Not about my skills. i got to skills to beat them. it is about the game itself. Ki system is not really made to do 5 vs 1. while 4 is attacking and you dodge you are out of ki fast so you charge your ki and bam in the head. and that 5th person who was waiting kames you. Skill can only get you so far in matches like that. 3vs1 is alot tougher. but 2 vs 1 is pretty easy

the only time ive taken on 2 ppl at once is then the two team members got locked in there own PS (one behind, one infront and i teleported outa the way, big fluke) and while they were locked together i flew behind pme and got em both with the same disc. Cheap? dodgy? not a good feat of skill? Yes but im proud to have done it on a 33.6k modem to there.

i ahte the fact that 5 ppl lynch me, but i ahte even more the fact that i need to lock on each one of them.....it makes it alot harder....when i know i can take em....

It's all about knowing your opponents and your terrain. You don't attack anyone who isn't an immediate threat, you learn to zanzoken away from the group as a whole as efficiently as possible, and you use your terrain. Get up against a wall or the top of the map and your opponents will lag a little bit before they come up next to you. Knock them strait into a wall or the roof and that's all she wrote. The first guy you always go for is the one spamming special attacks or lasers, and you try to get them from the side. Remember that while blocking you can knock away two people nearly at the same time, assuming they don't both zanzoken behind you (though the lag at the top or on the sides of the map makes this harder for them). In the end it comes down to your opponents. If they keep doing the same things to you over and over you can find a way to get around it. One guy likes to hit, zanzoken twice, and charge, so you expect it, and you nail someone else while he's wasting his ki getting behind you.

Use your environment and your opponents' mistakes to your advantage and you can easily take more than one player of less than your skill level.

yeah i saw him in a server the other day .. i didn't have much a chance against him .. he left after two minutes :cry: after he killed me like 2 or 3 times :fight: *lolz* but he was taking on everybody, and most of them were good..

Damn strait Hehe, anyways yeah, i bet most of you guys bragging about your 2-4-6-7-whatever vs 1's cant even take me on, let alone a 2 vs 1 with nightshade + myself.

I think when they meant "one elite taking down 7 elites" they meant "one guy taking down 7 people about as good as them." Well melee wise... I mean a guy could just be SSJ goku, charge kame, and then teleport away until full, and blow up like 6 of them or something. But that don't count ^_^; Fighting a group of people who are all near in or equal to your skill, you're gonna get killed, it's how it works.

As long as you're better by a good margin than all of the other people going after you, you're fine. But if ONE person is very close in skill, you're pretty screwed. Although it depends again on how many dudes are helping.
I know a classic mistake in DBZ is thinking "Oh we have strength in numbers" and then they get owned, but this isn't exactly DBZ.

When the hell did equal skill between opponents creep into this? Even PCJoe could not beat two PCJoes. We're talking about one PCJoe vs. 5 relatively skillful players, though by no means our best.

well i dont brag lol i am one of the best I took on nightshade and i was only a newb and still he didnt own me.Thats when i just started but now he he im unbeatable,and each battle with me and nightshade was to the wire and i had just started playing.

I like taking on 2 relatively skillful players, its fun but when they start to get smart and see how you fight,(well the intelligent ones anyways) will start to pick up on your techniquesand start to do teamwork, so i just try to vary my fighting style

i find it the more ppl the easier it is cuz they all dont try to attack u at once with mellee, cuz they know only 1 of the attackers would make the hit so some stay back for a while charging up beams and all. Best way to destroy multiple ppl in like a 7v1 in freeza disk rofl. while they all pummel u to death u just charge one up to the minimun and quickly let go ur guarantted at least like 4 kills. another way is to just get ur back at a moutan and block/ counter-melee all of them onto the ground then pick on ir prey 1 at a time wit a barrage of generic beams

I don't see why people complain about double teaming. Its not hard to keep 2 at bay. THe thing is sometimes I forget theres 2 of them and the one I forgot about comes in and melees me. ;(

i fought against Nightshade and Darkness b4 and they were awesome. Nightshades score totally killed mine by like 8 frags (he joined a lil late than me in a 30 min game) and Darkness did a little better than me too. The team is just unstoppable. Luckily for me Nightshade was on my team

Nightshade is good... pcjoe is just god pretty much... unless he is fighting 2 or 3 nightshades... then its... fun

what bugs is some times i am fighting two ppl one of them say (don't double team him) !!! dude .. !! i want you to double team me what the hell!!!
