guys when u think about it he did get more powerful. Even master roshi said that 18 was keeping him on his toes. So krillin has been technically training. Also the only time krillin pl went up and the sayjins noticed was when cell absorbed 18. 1 more example showing his pl is when cell at first form was in ginger city or whatever he dodged cell and slammed him on the gut. If krillin was weak 1st cell wouldnt have gotten the wind pushed outta him.
