But Tien was cool. He didnt need to be the strongest or fastest.

...mind you, he never really did anything, either.

But he had 3 eyes, so hes still cool.

No...no, he was pointless. He got to be SSJ so he had a reason to be in the show. No motivation to trans, just worked with the storyline. He pretty much fought Buu to fill the time between Goku going away and Goku killing Buu. Lame, IMO.
