1.1 beta won't play

I downloaded the 1.0 to 1.1 (I had 1.0) it didn't work, no ewrror report, it just froze, I restarted and tried again, then I uninstalled esf cfompletly and dled the 1.1 full,, still the same problem

anyone know how to fix this?

put this in your autoexec:

developer 1
condebug 1

This will put a logfile names qconsole.log into your ESF folder. This might contain the error message. Or atleast the last thing ya comp did execute

um, that didn't do anything, it allows me to get into the game, but when a server is loading it stops and I need to exit it by pressing alt control delete

I had the same problem at one point. I had to make sure esf went to the right folder and that I uninstalled beta 1.0. I then installed 1.1 and changed my video mode and it worked fine.

well, i have something similar, when i connect to a server for the first time when i run esf for the first time, it takes veryyyy long,the game friezes of some sort (cant escape etc) and after that it just says clientdll divers from server blabla, when i connect second time to the SAME server i can get in

Well.. sorry kid but DUH.

I told ya it makes a logfile.. of course it errors and crashes still but atleast you now got a log to check.
