Heard u make the best sigs, mind if u could make me one when u get any free time?

Hey I was just wondering what programs you guys use? I got fireworks and I cant seem to do anything that looks as good as what you guys can accomplish. How do you like get the people in the sig without there original background also? Thanks for any help renderd! :D
