alright, well i would like to see scouters more visible so i think this might work alright first off, when you press f9 to bring it up it should appear on charecters that have it.... charecters that have it.... this would be vegita freeza all them suckers and no other chars would be...

why not be able to play like CS and buy armour and scouters and stuff like that. that are breakable and dropable that way when someone is kicked wit a melee attack they may drop thyre scouters. or when u have ur armour broken it drops to the ground like a snake skin it could be tweaked and...

hi i just thaught that it would be handy when u can lower your powerlevel from a scouter, so any other would atack u and u get to your maximum level and beat him up :D i think that when u push a button a characters pl would lower and when u push it agian u be at your maximum. but when u are...

Well I would like to know if the person is stronger then me before I decide to go into a power struggle. Also it could help you detect people around a wall if they have turbo on, that way it would be like it you don't your suppressing your power or something if your not using turbo.
