will the mapper who made it please release it to us! i dont care if some people didnt like it cause i think it looks absolutly awsome!

I was looking around the picture gallery, and I noticed a map I did not recognize. The map is esf_towers. When is it going to be released? Why was it not released with ESF Beta 1? I searched and could not find any topic that this question was asked.
