cstrike

Hi i just downloaded this and im confused.....I downloaded to D:\program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\rappapimp\counter-strike if it matters....Now whenever i click and the link it just opens Halflife and the console....In the console i typed gamedir ESF and nothing happened so i have no idead...

Does Esf 1.2 work with C-Strike? If so could someone give me a link to the most updated version? I have C-strike, i just need to update it.
