Milkshape 3d

I have just downloaded the trial version of milkshape 3d, and I was wondering is there any good tuts to get me started on modeling. I am very interested in modeling, which is why i downloaded the trial version would like to see how it is before I actually spend money to buy the program. So if anyone could help me to get started please give me links or suggestions here, thanks.
