DadaBleyzz the biggest thing right now is character models. The best way to help with that is to find a modelling program (If you’re a student you can get 3DS Max free I think) find some tutorials online and just practice.
Post your work here or somewhere else that will be willing to provide feedback, Once you get your skill up speak to the team on TeamSpeak and they will help you refine your technique for what’s needed for ESF
Be warned it’s not easy work, The standard is high and it’s expected a modeller will model and do the uv maps/textures etc.
Then ill explain myself. Wanting to help is all fine and good, but doing something you dont like at least a little only wears you down. Especially if you are learning from scratch.
Hence my question. Rather than just do what you are told, what would you have fun doing is the important thing.

Ans zbrush ?
ZBrush should be perfectly fine if you are able to uv and retopologize within zbrush (or with another software). Afterwards the content can be exported now to various type of formats and could be forwared to another team member.
I would also like to help I had a medium editing skills so if you guy’s want just send me a clips you record in game give me music and i will mix it to something like tis :
