Yea go milkshape. Im way better with 3dmax but i took a break (well, my 3dmax dont work :\) and tryed to start basics with milkshape. I use mesh editing so my milkshape models....look like crap compared to my 3dmax models, BUT it was still a good learning experience. But as soon as you start...
