I had the exact same problem. Just install it without mp3s and you won't have a problem. If you want to use the mp3 player then you can just install it up to the point where you get the error, then install it again without mp3s. You will have the mp3 folder and can listen to them during play...

You weren't supposed to take that literally, but it did have a pretty damn good (and sometimes confusing) story. It is better than any movie, and most games though.
