Cool, nice to hear. Well as for the model, it's actually pretty cool, not gonna lie. It could use a really good normal map on it, but this is WIP, so not gonna judge that far for now.

Have you learned the High poly to low poly normal map generation technique yet ? You could make really detailed with bumps and scratches (high poly) model and then reduce the model to a low poly and apply normal maps generated from the high poly one to the low poly. Like in this picture...

Power pole is meaningless, if we will have two separate maps for kami's and korin's tower. It's .fbx. Maps are now 3d models, made in 3ds max or maya.
