Dont get it! I downloaded some AMX plugins. but i cant add them because in my ESF directory i dont have a folder called addons... wat do i do?

Um i don't actually understand.. so i make a folder in Mp3 folder? or do i just move my songs to MP3 folder? and.... when i'm ingame do i just type it or do i press Y den type it... wat? ok F8 is the only part i get lol....

Hey again, Ok can anyone help; every time i play the game i run qindows media player to have my own songs but it slows the game down. how do i put songs in the game if dat is possible.... Thank you in advance....
