There won't be any single player in ESF:Final, it's multiplayer only. I suspect you will be able to play offline (with bots), however, you will still need to have a valid copy of HL1 installed through Steam.

Actualy, now that I think of it, there was a LT server (where I got 90 ping and had a nice delay to get me going). I really dunno why people don't play in the London server, though I suspect it's because people find it more enjoyable to play ECX. ESF too hard for you, boo-boo. :p

If I remember correctly, when you're swooping and you tuuuuuuurrrrrn, there's a slight drift. So that makes angle hitting harder and a rarer phenomena. Other then that I don't have a clue.
