i finished! big props to nataku for showing me the finer points of cel shading! lol, now next time i get some time im gonna make some poses and maybe a few extra forms, ss1-ss3 maybe *edit* CLOSEUP!

inspired by a mixture of not having modeled in forevah, being extremely bored, and the new(ish) super dbz game on ps2, i decided to make me a goku =D. i havent done anything to the skin yet really and the face isnt even unwrapped yet, ill try to get around to that whenever i get some time off...

well personally i always start with a plane, but get rid of the top and back of the head for now and just make the bottom of the jaw and the neck

actually i was reffering down to the spot next to the mouth, also you shouldnt make the back of the head out of a sphere

well you have a good base, but the head is wayyy to round, and the entire model is riddled with 5 + sided polies, wich im suprised nobody has pointed out yet, also right now most of the face is horribly disfigured, just work on it and well see wat happens

how could you not like that, hes perfect size, and hes supposed to have an antena on his head, and enix's skin is just a little to detailed, if you remember gir was made out of garbage ^_^, so he should be scratched up.
