I was a little bored earlier so I tried drawing your character myself...hope you don't mind. I woulda finished the legs but I was running out of room at the bottom so I just stopped.

I was bored today so I decided to be productive and try to draw something, I messed up in some places and couldn't fix it because I did it in pen :( lol. Next time I'll use a pencil first. There's some REALLY nice pics in this thread, glad I finally got a chance to participate.

Paul Wall is another one. and if u've seen BET uncut there are plenty of no-named white rappers on there. but most of the videos that air during that time are garbage anyways.

u CAN use a controller. infact i used to use my PS controller just like ur planning to do.

I've made one myself too (See sig). If I had to choose I'd probably go with the Evil one. You don't see too many sigs with bad guys in them.

i think you should fix the neck. so it kinda looks similar to the models in your sig.

thanks for the welcome! actually i drew them in freehand (i still used the line tool, lol), then exported them as jpegs. it doesn't look all "smudgey" when it's in freehand, it's alot clearer because it's vector based i think. that way i can take them and put them into flash.

sorry if they come off as looking a little blocky, but it's hard to get that "smooth" look when you're working with a mouse :S

thanks for the replies! yea i'm going to keep trying on the hair. i made multiple saves so i have one with just the face and no hair so i can go back and try as many times as i need to, lol.

you said continue it? well appearance wise i think it's fine, but i guess if you plan to put it ingame you have to fit it the skeleton and do other animations and stuff like that right?

i think you have to open up ports 27015 to 27020 on your router to use a Dedicated Server.

^hey, i like that idea of making my own 3d model. i do just draw characters out of nowhere alot...so maybe i'll try that next. after i figure what to do with this model 1st, lol. i still need to read some more tutorials i think.

I thought I'd try this modeling thing because I'll eventually have to take classes on it anyway. I tried to start off with SSJ3 Goku. I shoulda tried somethin easier than him but oh well. It's obviously not done but i think it's fairly decent for my first go at it. I know i screwed up the hair...

hmmm....i remember Dragon Ball Final Bout had a sound test. if you had that for your PC o_o maybe you could get the sounds from that??

well your new model is looking alot more "smoother" than your zeq2 model, both look great though. i can't believe they're not using it anymore. i remember seeing here a cell-shaded Gotenks that looked really nice but it was never released, I guess that was one of the reasons why (cell-shading...

Is that the same ref you used to make that ssj3 Goku for Zeq2? I mean if that was your Goku anyways, lol. As for your Veggeto, it's looking nice, can't wait to see more of it! :yes:
