Its always fun when someone swoops at you and just before they hit you, ya teleport straight up. It gives you a breif moent to take adavntage of the situation. But yeah...

I agree withn the original post. I think you should be able to descend when you want just like the other chars. Maybe the team is trying to be true to the show but where abouts in dbz does krillin ascend and cannot come back down? I agree with what he says that certain chars (maybe not buu) but...

Krillin is not as good as you make him out to be. Yes he is the fastest once transformed but you need 3mil to do so. Plus speed isn't everything in this game. I'd give you a run for your money even If I used someone slow like piccolo. Keep him as he is IMO. And besides no one goes krillin anyway...

Its gotta be deathball. If you had an equal powered ssj vegeta and equal powered 2nd orm freeza the deathball would win everytime. But you ususally never get equal powered vegetas or freizas so meh anyway deathball yay

Although your suggestion would be true to the show it would cause problems for anyone that joins a server after people have been fighting for a while. I mean not being able to block basic melee if you are to weak throws many ppls playing strategies out the window.

Thats not right. vegeta had a higher PL than goku in the fight on earth. That is why goku had to use kaoken, not because kamehameha is weaker
