Maybe some of those people tried working on ESF to sharpen their skills in the respective field (environment art, for me), instead of doing it for inteam access. With nothing to gain other than experience, interest will fade for some (or most, in ESF's case) and never finish their stuff.

Is it, though? It's certainly not as big as the reflection or it would've shown.

I must say, it bugs me that there is a sun reflection in the water even though there doesn't seem to be one in the image. Even if it were there, the land would block it from reflecting, I think.
