meh.. Dead or Alive came up with this in their 3rd release... for the Xbox 1. This tag stuff is old news, not only that but Dead or Alive had character specific tag attacks.
Dalte and I just had a Gohan match using the shields... HAHA OMG.. the shields are so damn useful now... Its crazy. Ill say this again, esf 1.3 is all about creativity with your attacks. And man... gohans Shield definitely has some GOOD uses now.. lol. And looks really really good in action...
ESF 1.3 is not ready. None of the new stuff is for download. Everything is modified to the point where you can only open our art through our own programs.
Yes, all character will have different animations for every melee attack they do. We could actually make the fighting 'combo melee' faster, but then that'd just be soooo fast that you wouldnt be able to really see anything awesome.. So I slowed it down some for you guys to actually be able to...

haha, you know. I found a way to get animations into a game ridiculously fast. one character has OVER 512 animations and I can get him ingame in a few hours :P yeah.. Im the man...
I would like to do moving mouths though so you guys can make some sweet movies with. So it'd actually look like they're talking. Probably do gestures as well, I dunno. All depends on time and willingness of the team. We still do have lots of other stuff to work on.
if its for Half-Life.. you have to make it transparent either in the QC... or in the HLMV. I forgot the command for the QC to make it transparent on compile..
but yeah, just open up HLMV, load the model, on the texture tab you just check the transparent box, and you should be set.
