How do you make sigs? I have paint shop pro and Adobe Photoshop 7. Is that all I need, or is there more?

in esf, wouldn,t it be could cool if when you have such as, lets say 1 hp left, EXACTLY, then you would be able to be able to a desperation move! like in the episode where vageta explodes. but u would only be able to do it at like 1hp! and the explosion would be HUGE!
