A final red UP is the best, because if its random, the most commonly guessed random's are DOWN, then LEFT, then RIGHT, then UP in that order. The reason being as we all know none of the combo's contain the up direction, it is least picked as the other player wishes to best defend himself...

If generic beam is being weakened, it makes a little more sense.

Hibiki, at this current date, it is possible to have up to 32 Gigabytes of Ram installed, but only 24 gigabytes...

I don't know about any of the designers of the mod (I never see them post, with good reason), but whoever is a mod here deserves something for putting up with the annoying crap people write here all day, and actually giving a damn. Good job mods :yes:
