Hi there all not played on any steam games for a few years due to fact been playin warcraft but now am back and need some newbie help
Can anyone help me with admin am only using the create game from menu is it possible ?

What exactly is it what you are asking? Wanting to create your own server with "create game" from the ingame menu to get yourself admin access? If so, yes.. That's possible. As long the right ports have been opened for it within your router.

well not done anythink i just clicked the create game but do i have any admin acess?

When you created a server through create game, you are already admin. You have the ability to kick / ban people through the console with the default hl admin cvars. eg: kick / ban <player>

how or can u set power level

You can't initially, if I remember correctly you need a certain AMX plugin for that. Either that, or use the dragonballs (only available in esf_riverside).

Using ESF alone you can not do that. ESF doesnt have tha option. No cheats for multiplayer games
