Can't select attacks?

(Posted this uner help, but with 12 views and no replies I think this may be the right spot)

I've been playing Beta 1 since it came out, well about an hour after, and I love it. The one problem I'm having is very annoying though.

When going through the attacks for each character, trying them out and such, I found I can't select the Big Bang attack, Final Flash, Finishing Buster, Death Ball, Ki Shield (I think), or Scatter Shot. This may be a bug on my end, but when I push each button to select the attack, the icon from my last attack will stay on the screen.

Are these attacks not in the game, or is something fishy on my computer?

EDIT: These attacks don't work in a LAN or internet match

You need to be transformed to use those attacks except for the Scatter Shot!! To get that, u just press 2 twice with Piccolo!!

You need to be SSJ in order to use Final Flash, Finishing Buster, or Big Bang. I don't know how scatter shot or death ball work.
