what i make of this is:

he thinks that the mod rules, but there aren't enough maps
it could be a bit better of you made them bigger

he saying something about collecting dragon balls and invoqing the dragon, i think he wants that in the game or something..but its in the game

he also mentions ut2k3, there is probably a mod comming out for dbz on the ut2k3 engine and he want to get that asap (think he finds esf a good mod and will be playing it until the release of the ut2k3 dbz mod)

i could be wrong, did my best to get someting out of this crap
