I can't start CTDB!

Ok...
When I am in a level and type mp_gamemode 2 in console, it says Game mode set to 2 or something, but nothing happens!
I look at the radar and don't see a single Dragon Ball.
I also tried open CTDB mode by clicking Create Game and then Advanced but it had the same result.
Can somebody help me?

cacpture the dragonball is just in the expiremental phase, newer versions will fix some bugs in CTDB.
newer versions will be out when it'S done

I know, but I can't even get in!
I seen and played CTDB games that are started by other players, but I can't start one by myself!
