help ... spirit bomb crashes me

everytime i get into a game and someone starts a spirit bomb i end up crashing....help plz

open the console and type cl_fxquality 3
probably it works with cl_fxquality 2 too.
when I used this the spiritbomb worked, before using that it crashed too.

also make sure you do NOT play insoftware mode,it doesn't work well with ESF,more like it doesnt work anyway

switch to OpenGL or D3D in your video mode configuration

And I'm pretty sure you would want the cl_fxquality at 0 or 1. Not 3.
