Scouter....

Ok i cant use the scouter i think....
If i press the F9 button i hear a bleep and nothing happens anyone else got this problem?
And is there a way to fix this...
Also what does perfect super saiyan transformation mean?

A pall of mine had the same thing. He just reinstalled esf, and everything worked out fine after that.

a perfect transformation is when you transform as soon as you press the button, ie instant trans. that way there is no chance of being trans-killed

yeah....try reading the post before replying

Reinstall ESF and if that doesnt work, re-download it from a different link

I think only the bad guys should have a scouter.
and the good guys should only have the dragonradar!

no both dragon radar and scouter are better....

btw my scouter works i needed to reinstall
