Go into paint, and make a canvas 320x200. Trace the edges with a single pixel thick black line. Copy and paste the the whole thing photoshop. Then, select the Magic Lasso Tool and select the white part in the middle, press delete on the keyboard and you will delete the white part.

Well that was the first time in years that If spammed so heres a sensefull comment. I like the fon't I think it fits with the sig other than that I don't like it

OR you could make a new file, make it 2x2 bigger and wider then your orginal work, fill it with your desired colour and just drag drop your original into that.. and you have a border
