VGUI Requirements?

Okay, it's been a very long time since I've had done VGUI's (back in cs

days ; very long time ago). Also i've tried making VGUI's for esf twice and

yet no luck in them funtioning in-game(I cut the chase as usual ). So

what i'm asking is that; What are the file requirements for a VGUI?

I've had the same trouble, what program do you use to edit tga files? Paint doesn't work, and nothing else does either?

I know Photoshop does, but I'm not sure if Paintshop Pro does though.

i dont think there is any but try and keep file same as orginal VGUI size

Kurt is right, .tga's can be opened with Photoshop. Guess you'll have to spend some money

My Screen size is 17" and res is 1024 by 768
