Every single VB 3.8.x theme will die that we currently have I'm afraid. Which includes the older ESF theme, and the black theme as well.

Not the end of the world. Any bland and light theme will satisfy me. Are there any fancy new features worth knowing about?

Some forums I visit have done this in the past when upgrading their forum software. The first page you're brought to in the forums isn't the one that lists all the forums and latest posts in the latest threads, but instead has a bunch of fluff floating around. It's an extra click for me to get to why I went to the forums in the first place

Unless Sky waited a whole day to log your ban, he put it in place on the morning of December 1 (central time). It's just about noon on December 3 (again, central time); you've still got another day

You made a typo there. It's currently the 4th in December...of Japan. Get your location and time right.

The unban was automatic removed a few hours ago. Just to let you know, a whole new thread or replies within other threads for their removal isn't needed. If they have been banned, it was well within a reason.

As for VB4.. I'll install a few other themes and will show some screenies within this thread.
