I installed steam then i couldnt get it to work so i uninstalled it....now all my games are looking for steam and they cant find it...how do i change them back so there looking for whaterv they were before?? : :cry: :cry: :cry:

It doesn't matter where you put steam. You should uninstall your retail Half-Life or Counter-Strike first, then install steam. You may still encounter problems since to me Steam was released prematurely.

Killing Steam isnt going to help, WON will soon be gone and we wont really have a choice but to use steam. Steam is a great idea, it just has problems they should have ironed out before the release. I also could not get ESF to work with steam. Basicly our only hope is to wait for an update that will better support 3rd party mods like ESF.
