New Computer,but no sound? :(

Well, I bought this new computer today and the only thing wrong with it is... No sound comes out, and yeah that's kind of annoying, is there something I could download and install to make it play sound? and it's not on mute by the way, lol.

Call the manufacturer.

Are your speakers set up properly?

We needs specs. Best thing to do is update drivers.

Make sure your speakers are plugged into the right jack on the back of your computer, the green one usually.

check if the drivers are installed, right click on my computer > properties > click the harware tab then click on device


manager, is there any

if so the drivers are most likely not installed.

Like Freedom said we need specs, like is it a brand name like Dell, Hp, Sony etc... or is it custom built?

go to speaker configurations. and chose the type of speakers you got, for example 5.1, or 2 channel stereo..

depends on what its your speaker.
