It can be a scam, and it can not be a scam. When it happens not to be a scam, and this doesn't happen rarely, there usualy aren't alot shipping options. USA, Australia, maybe SOME Europe contries, but that's it. Most of the world get's cut short, because even if you win points or if there's another mechanizem for rewarding you with free stuff, the shipping restrictions will prevent you from cashing in those points and receveing the delivery that contains the objects that you have won.
