I cant create or c servers for ESF

Well I cant creat my own server on ESF and i dont know why???? Also when I go 2 filter i do see esf on game. Then when i go 2 lan game i reload and there are never any servers. AND I want 2 play so bad!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED HELP !!!!!!!!! Thanx 4 helpin me whoever does cause this looks like a great game!!!!!!!!!
