I love how it looks. I mean yea that Golden Hair one with the long spikes falling over his shoulders was pretty badass for a fan drawing but this one just has the right feel to it.

It's not about growing hair, it's about looking different than a recolored base form.

Saiyans are a simple people. I would imagine having red eyes and red hair would be enough to constitute being revered as a god, seeing as all(if not most) Saiyans either had dark brown or black hair.
