Dragon Ball Z: Battle Of Z

I was wondering if this game is worth getting, I noticed it looks sorta like ESF Fighting Style, But does anyone know you can actually just fight without the lockon system?
and just basicly free roam around the map, and just fight like that lol. Also can you have 1v1 battles or maybe 1v4? I noticed theres some fights in the game where your 4v1(Boss) So
I thought maybe, it would be t he same if your fighting locally, or somethen.
