Microsoft office costs money and it's illegal to get it by torrent you can be fined.
OpenOffice is free on the other hand and it's opensource and it's a great office tool I highly recommand it.

Microsoft Office 2007. The interface sucks.

Edit: Fixed it. Should have went with the obvious. Just changed the program's compatibility mode and disabled visual themes.

The new Ubuntu version (11.04) and Linux Mint (11) replaced OpenOffice with LibreOffice. I installed it on Windows so I could try it out. Was too lazy to dual boot into my Linux partition (I use Mint) to upgrade D:

I disagree that Office 2007 sucks, but then I'm a desk jockey now and I'm forced to use it every day. On the other hand, OpenOffice is pretty good, especially at the low price of free.
